LANCELIN LODGE

LANCELIN LODGE is a purpose-built budget travellers Lodge in Lancelin, situated only 300m from the windsurfing and surf beach.
Owned and operated by Trish and Trev, the Lodge was built in 1996 and voted the best YHA hostel in Western Australia in 2001 and third in Australia in 2004. It is rated 4 for budget accommodation. The lodge is clean, friendly and has a home away from home atmosphere.

The Lancelin Lodge
The lodge has several room options with all rooms opening onto a verandah and a garden courtyard. Sheets and quilts are supplied.
A 15 metre swimming pool and function room was opened in December 2001. This pool and the beachvolleyball court provide both, fun and fitness for guests.

Lodge facilities are shared. The large commercial kitchen has everything supplied for your needs - ie. pots, pans, plates, cups, urn, toasters, microwave, fridges and freezer etc. Guests have plenty of storage in the kitchen for dry and refrigerated foods. There is also a barbeque to use and we are the only hostel in WA with an authentic wood fired pizza oven.

A large dining area is designed to capture the winter sun. T.V. video, books, and games are available plus an open fire for winter. A table tennis table is under a covered courtyard.

There are ample showers and toilets, with the ladies and mens block having 4 showers each. A separate shower/toilet facility for the disabled is provided and also a guest laundry.

The Lodge has hammocks and is an ideal place for just laying back and relaxing with a book. You are sure to enjoy your stay.
